How does the AI interaction pricing work?

Each plan includes a fixed number of AI interactions per month. Sales AI includes 1,000 interactions at $0.70/each, Service AI includes 1,000 at $1.00/each, Growth includes 3,000 at $0.60/each, and Premier includes 7,500 at $0.40/each. Need more? Additional interactions are available — contact us. Credits never expire.

What counts as an "AI call"?

One AI call = one complete customer exchange handled by the AI (question → response). A full test-drive booking conversation typically uses 4–8 calls. Most dealers never hit their monthly limit. If you do, Top-Up Packs let you add interactions instantly — no interruption to service. Credits never expire.

How does "Deploy in 1 Hour" actually work?

Sign up → import your inventory CSV → paste one <script> tag on your website. The AI learns your inventory on first load, configures department routing based on your onboarding settings, and starts handling leads immediately. No IT team, no vendor calls, no 30-day implementation project.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Subscriptions are billed monthly with a one-time setup fee ($750 for Sales AI & Service AI; $1,500 for Growth & Premier). Founding Dealer pricing is locked for your first 6 months. 30 days' notice required to cancel. No hidden fees, no penalties.

What's included in the no-show recovery system?

All plans include a 3-touch no-show follow-up sequence: SMS at 5 min, branded email at 24 hrs, and a final SMS push at 72 hrs — each with a personalized reschedule link. TCPA-compliant, customizable message templates, and a recovery stats dashboard. Growth and Premier get advanced template customization and priority support.

How does pricing work for dealer groups with multiple locations?

Each dealership location requires its own subscription — pricing is per location. Premier subscribers get access to the Multi-Location Management Dashboard, which lets you view and manage all your stores from one admin login. So if you have 3 locations each on Premier, that's 3 separate Premier subscriptions ($2,999/mo each, Founding Dealer rate) plus one shared multi-location dashboard. Each store's interactions, leads, and billing are tracked independently.

What languages does the AI support?

15+ languages including Spanish, French, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, Portuguese, and more. The AI auto-detects customer language from the first message and responds in kind — no configuration required.

Is customer data secure?

All data encrypted in transit and at rest. Each dealership's data is fully isolated — no cross-tenant access. We never sell customer data. SOC 2 compliance in progress.
